Kanak Vrindavan is a township on Sirsi Road, on the Gandhi Path West side of Jaipur, where the plots we have sold came with JDA site plans. We have sold plots there from 83 to about 2,194 sq. yd, from small commercial plots on Bazaar Street to group-housing land and duplex villas. Before you buy, check the block, the road width and the JDA site plan for the exact plot.

Where are Kanak Vrindavan and Gandhi Path West?
Kanak Vrindavan Township is on Sirsi Road in Jaipur, in the 302021 area, on the Gandhi Path West side of the city. Our plans place the township on the 200 ft sector road, which they call the Ajmer-Sirsi Road.
Vaishali Estate, where we have also sold plots, is its neighbour. The township map for Vaishali Prime shows Vaishali Estate Block A next to Kanak Vrindavan Block D. Our own office is inside the township, at SKL Shopping Center, C Block.
What is in the township?
- Block B: villas and group-housing land. Shree Krishna Homes is a row of duplex villas on 30 ft by 50 ft plots (166.66 sq. yd) on a 40 ft road, near Rangoli Garden. Block B also has a corner plot of about 2,167 sq. yd on the 100 ft sector road, with land use for group housing and commercial.
- Block G: Bazaar Street and group-housing land. Bazaar Street is the commercial strip, with plots C-1 to C-7 on the 160 ft and 200 ft sector roads. Block G also has group-housing land such as GH-2-A, about 2,194 sq. yd on the 200 ft road, and a 272 sq. yd plot, GH-2-C, on a 40 ft road.
- SKL Shopping Centre. A two-storey block of JDA patta shops on Gandhi Path West.

What should you check on the site plan?
The JDA site plan for the exact plot tells you more than any brochure. These are the points we look at first.
- Block and plot number. More than one scheme in this area uses the Kanak Vrindavan name, so ask which block and which scheme the plot belongs to.
- Road width and what is in front. Bazaar Street plots on our plans show a 20 ft parking strip between the plot and the sector road, and a 15 ft strip beside C-5 and C-6. Ask what each strip is for and whether it is part of the plot.
- Shape. C-5 and C-6 together form a triangle and C-4 is a wedge, so the usable depth is less than the road frontage suggests.
- Height, coverage and setbacks. They are written on the site plan. The C-3 plan, for example, carries a maximum height of 12.5 m.

Is Gandhi Path West a good place to invest?
We do not forecast prices, and no honest advisor can. What we can do is list what to weigh:
- Is the block built up, or still mostly empty?
- How wide are the roads, and are they finished?
- Is the plot’s paper clean, with a JDA site plan and a patta?
- Is your time horizon long enough to wait?
